Alto del Obispo coffee is grown in the Colombian municipality of San Agustín, which is located at an altitude of 1,900 meters above sea level.
Thanks to its altitude, climate and terrain, this region of the department of Huila, in Colombia, has become a place where some of the best Colombian specialty coffees are produced.
Due to the high altitude, the cherries ripen slowly, which results in grains with a high density and a high content of natural sugars.
This batch is made up of the Caturra and Colombia varieties and has been treated through a classic washed process.
