The coffee you are holding is the result of the work of fifty families in the Guji region, Ethiopia.
The name of this coffee ‘Daanisa’ is the name of an umbrella-shaped tree under which it is grown.
It is also the name of this sub-kebele -or sub-locality- in which these families are grouped.
It is a naturally processed coffee grown in the mountainous, woody and rainy region of Guji.
It is the result of a careful process of cultivation, collection and processing by hand in a traditional way.
We contribute to continue this excellent trajectory, roasting it with love to bring out its best qualities.
You may find notes of strawberries, roses and flowers.
