Idido is the name of a small town in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, where the processing plant of a local cooperative is found. It is located at about 2,000 m of altitude.
The members of the cooperative have small farms, around 1.5 hectares each, of which they dedicate about half to growing coffee.
Each of these farms is a small ecosystem where one plantation helps the other.
The altitude, the climate, the terrain and the know-how passed down from generation to generation of coffee growers make this region an ideal place to obtain high-quality coffees.
In this coffee, washed and processed at the Idido station and which we have roasted with great care, you will find tasting notes of apricot, caramel and spice.
