Through the ongoing coffee subscription you will receive a curated selection of the best specialty coffees of the most recent harvests available to us and we will guide you through a journey of origins, coffee processing methods and exotic varieties to brighten up your mornings and afternoons and get the most out of your coffee ritual.
How does the ongoing coffee subscription work?
With the ongoing coffee subscription, you will receive 1 batch of freshly roasted specialty coffee delivered to your door every month.
You will receive the freshest seasonal coffees available to us, something that we are excited to share with you, while taking into account your personal preferences.
The ongoing coffee subscription goes like this: Your coffee is roasted on the first Monday of every month and shipped on Tuesday/Wednesday of the same week (Except Public Holidays).
An automatic charge will be made to your credit card through Stripe on the 22nd of every month.
If you subscribe between the 22nd of the current month and the first Monday of the following month, an extraordinary charge will be made to your credit card so that you can receive the current subscription.
Once subscribed, you can increase or decrease the amount of coffee that you would like to receive on a monthly basis, simply access your account through the login in the subscriptions section.
How and when will my credit card be charged?

If I subscribe today, when will I receive my first coffee delivery?
Your subscription coffee is roasted on the first Monday of every month and shipped on Tuesday/Wednesday of the same week. (Except Public Holidays).
Is shipping included in the price of the subscription?
Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout. Free shipping from 34€ in Mainland Spain.
Can I subscribe if I live outside of Mainland Spain?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Wherever you are, we will make sure you get your monthly coffee supply.
Can I subscribe from the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla?
Yes, we ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

What are the shipping costs outside of mainland Spain?

How do I know which coffee I am getting every month?

With each delivery, you will receive the freshest seasonal coffee from the most recent crops available to us.

Can I adjust the amount of coffee I would like to receive per month?
Yes, you can increase or decrease, pause or cancel your ongoing coffee subscription at any time through your account.
How do I access my account?
If you are already subscribed you can access your account here. If not, register here and we will send you a password by email.
Are the coffees repeated from one month to another?
We do everything possible to ensure that subscription coffees are not repeated from one month to another.
That being said, we cannot guarantee that you will get different coffees every single month as we work with the seasons and mostly add new coffees to our menu when fresh crops are available.
What do I have to do if I want coffees for filter and espresso within the same order?
Select the ‘Espresso & Filter’ option when placing your order and drop us a note at the checkout to indicate your preference for filter and espresso profiles.
What do I have to do if I want different grind sizes within the same order?
Drop us a note at the checkout page indicating your prefered grind size.
Can I cancel my ongoing coffee subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your ongoing monthly coffee subscription at any time here.
Can I pause my ongoing coffee subscription?
Yes, you can pause your ongoing monthly coffee subscription at any time here.
Can I change the shipping address once subscribed?
Yes, please get in touch at email@example.com or through WhatsApp to change the shipping address.
What if I go on vacation?
Get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org to change the shipping address while you are on vacation and we will make sure you receive your coffee wherever you are!
Can I make a gift of the ongoing coffee subscription for someone?
Yes, just fill in the address and information of the person to whom you would like to give the ongoing coffee subscription at the checkout page and we will take care of the rest.
