- Rinse the filter with hot water to remove unwanted flavors and preheat the coffee maker.
- Remove accumulated water after rinsing.
- Add ground coffee (30 grams per ½ liter) to the medium grind filter. The Chemex enhances flavors, eliminating bitterness.
- Pour hot water (93°C) in small amounts to moisten the grounds and release their desirable components.
- Perform a second infusion with hot water, pouring slowly to saturate the grounds and keep the water below the rim.
- Once you've brewed the desired amount of coffee, lift the filter and discard the grounds.
