Sage Oracle Touch Coffee Maker
Thanks to the automatic touch control, you can prepare your favourite coffee in three simple steps: grinding, brewing, and milk.
You can easily adjust the intensity, milk texture, or temperature to your liking and then save it with a unique name. Create and save up to 8 custom drinks.

Integrated Baratza® Conical Burr Grinder
The integrated grinder with conical grinding elements can automatically grind, dose, and compact 22 grams of coffee into the 58mm portafilter, similar to your favourite café's commercial machine.
Precise Water Temperature
A temperature difference of just 1°C can make the difference between a bitter or balanced espresso. The Oracle Touch has a digital temperature control. Along with the two stainless steel boilers and a heated group head, this technology ensures the temperature stays within the optimal range.
Optimal Water Pressure
The Over Pressure Valve (OPV) is a unique feature of the Sage Oracle Touch coffee maker. This valve limits the maximum pressure during extraction and prevents the coffee from becoming too bitter. Additionally, a low-pressure pre-infusion is performed. The pressure gradually increases to allow the ground coffee to expand slowly for even extraction.
Steam Pressure
In professional coffee, espresso and creamy milk with microfoam texture are perfectly balanced. The steam wand, with a separate steam boiler, automatically textures the milk to your desired taste and temperature. The soft, professional-quality microfoam enhances the coffee's flavour. Then, the steam wand cleans itself automatically.
One-Click Americano
The innovative One Touch Americano function first prepares a double espresso and then fills the cup with hot water through a separate hot water outlet, just like a high-quality commercial machine.
