Ineffable refers to an emotion, something unique and original that breaks the mold.
In Andalusia, it's inevitable that you grew up drinking large quantities of roasted coffee , jet-black and extremely bitter.
No one would dream of drinking this potion without first mixing it with large amounts of milk and sugar... A fantastic mixture when you're looking to hide unpleasant flavors.
Coffee, on its own, without milk, sugar, or any other additives, shouldn't be bitter, nor should you be forced to add large amounts of milk and sugar to be able to drink it.
This isn't to say that coffee shouldn't be drunk with milk and sugar, but rather that it should be a matter of taste and preference, not an absolute obligation.


It is by tasting this result, a job well done by a very broad network of people completely dedicated and passionate about what they do, that we arrive at this new sensation, which marks a before and after in our perception of what coffee is.
Anyone who has tried a good specialty coffee, whether a coffee professional or a consumer, knows exactly the Ineffable moment we are referring to (unless you were lucky enough to grow up drinking specialty coffee ;)
The sensations on the palate are truly indescribable; it's sweet without any added sugar, it has a pleasant acidity, it has a silky weight on the tongue, and none of that characteristic bitterness and roasted flavor you associate with the coffee you're used to. You like it, you love it, you're passionate about it: you want more. You'll never see coffee the same way again. For us, reconnecting with this sensation and introducing others to this world has become our daily mission.
