Its operation is very similar to manual filter coffee options but in a semi-automatic format, resulting in a smooth, balanced beverage with a clean flavor.

Preparation:
- Place the paper filter in the basket on a flat surface. Pour hot water over it to remove the papery taste and preheat the unit. Discard this water.
- Grind coffee to a medium/coarse setting (26 Comandante clicks).
- Add the previously weighed coffee and distribute it evenly.
- Fill the water tank with 1L. Normally, we will find some marks on the coffee maker tank that will serve as a guide.
- Press the button and wait for the machine to make a sound indicating that the extraction is complete.
- Stir the extraction result with a spoon while it is still in the jug.
- Pour and enjoy your favorite coffee.
