Shipping

Once you place your order, you will receive:
- A confirmation email, we are preparing your order.
- An email once your order is complete and in the hands of the shipping agency. Your order is on its way and you will receive it within the next 24/48 hours (business days).
- An email from the shipping agency with the tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Shipping costs per order are €4.00 (VAT included) for Spain (Peninsula), the Balearic Islands, and Portugal.

We're a team of people, and sometimes we make mistakes. If there's an error with your order, please contact us at pedidos@ineffablecoffee.com with your name and order number, and attach a photo or video of the incident, if possible. We'll provide a solution as quickly as possible.
Your order has been fulfilled in the warehouse and handed over to the shipping agency for shipment. You will receive an additional email from the shipping agency with the tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Be sure to check your spam folder and contact us at orders@ineffablecoffee.com with your name and order number. We will let you know the status of your order as soon as possible.

Returns
Here you can find details about the conditions and steps to follow for returns.
Due to the characteristics of the product, no returns of coffees are allowed.
Yes, you can return accessories within 14 days of receiving your order. The terms and conditions and steps to follow are as follows:
- The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must send us the product by courier to the following address: C/ Pintor Amalio Garcia del Moral, 2B Dos Hermanas (41702), Seville, Spain.
- Once the item has been received at our facilities and its condition has been verified, the refund will be processed.
These conditions apply only to accessories. Coffee is not included.
Due to the characteristics of the product, no returns are allowed for packs that include coffee.

There's always a first time for everything, even choosing specialty coffee. Take the Coffee Quiz and discover your preferences. It's two quick questions and will take 30 seconds.
You'll always receive freshly roasted coffees no more than 14 days old from the roasting date. To fully enjoy the coffee's organoleptic qualities, we recommend a rest period of at least 10 days from the roasting date for filter and immersion coffees and 15 days for Italian moka pots, espresso, and super-automatic coffee machines.
Primarily, the flavor profile. Based on the flavor profile of each coffee, we choose coffees with the final result in mind during the cupping and purchasing process. We evaluate the most relevant tasting notes, the level and type of acidity, and the body, and we fine-tune the roast to bring out the full potential of the type of preparation we're recommending.
Due to the characteristics of the product, no returns of coffees are allowed.
Yes, you may not be able to extract the full potential of that coffee using the methods we recommend. But if you do it and the result is good and you like it, then great, it's totally possible. Exploring the sensorial boundaries through testing and experimentation is one of our maxims.
