Sustainability and Packaging

Our Boxes

The boxes you receive are made of recycled cardboard and manufactured by the Business and Youth Foundation, a non-profit organization whose purpose is to educate and integrate children, young people, and especially people with any type and degree of disability into the family, social, and/or professional spheres, in order to facilitate their development and personal autonomy, as a means of entering the workforce.

Our coffee packages

The bags you receive your coffee in are 100% compostable, including the zip and valve. They also boast excellent quality, flexibility, and a protective barrier.

For customization, we use rotogravure printing with water-based ink. This way, we achieve 100% environmentally friendly packaging.

For every bag made with Taurus Pack, we collaborate with Treedom and Gold Standard.

Treedom

Planting trees for each bag with the main goal of mitigating CO2 emissions and deforestation, protecting biodiversity, and promoting sustainable food production. Treedom is the world's first platform that allows you to plant a tree remotely. Each tree is photographed and geolocated at the time of planting. It also has an online page to follow the history of the project it's part of.

Gold Standard

Support positive measures to take responsibility for our carbon footprint by supporting Gold Standard-certified projects with 5% of quarterly net profits.
