The Select version retains the distinguished design and materials of its predecessor, the KBG 741 AO, but takes the entire process to a higher level:
"Half Carafe" Functionality for Perfection
The "Half Carafe" feature transforms coffee extraction. By slowing down the infusion process, it achieves optimal extraction for both half and full carafes. Each cup, regardless of quantity, showcases ideal flavor and aroma.
Enhanced Water Dispersion The 9-hole showerhead enriches water dispersion over the grounds. Each coffee bean is evenly moistened, unlocking its maximum flavor and aroma potential.
Temperature Control
The intelligent heating plate adds a touch of precision. Prior to infusion, it preheats the carafe. Then, it maintains coffee at the optimal temperature, between 80-85 degrees, for up to 45 minutes. Moreover, it adjusts automatically to the amount of coffee in the carafe to prevent overcooking.

HBS vs. SELECT Comparison in Three Points
- Visual: Both share the same shape, but the Select features a design with 2 buttons on the front, whereas the HBS has only 1.
- Operation: The main switch powers on the machine and preheats the carafe. In both models, the intelligent plate keeps the coffee at 80 degrees. The Select has an extra button that optimizes extraction for half-filled carafes. When switched to the "half carafe" position, water dispersion slows down, enhancing extraction. Color
