The results can be excellent and varied depending on the recipe we follow. It's no coincidence that a world championship is organized focused on this brewing method. At Ineffable, we have been organizing its regional version in Andalusia for several years, which qualifies for the national championship.

This manual grinder, thanks to its adjustable ceramic conical burr system, allows you to easily control the grind and adjust it when necessary to prepare different recipes. Ceramic conical burrs are the best choice for a manual coffee grinder thanks to their durability and consistent grind. Furthermore, for personal use, we recommend manual grinders with these features over electric ones, since they grind the coffee (instead of crushing it) and do not heat it while doing so. This way, the coffee's properties are better preserved before brewing.
