Andalusía AeroPress Championship 2021
Due to the safety measures that we still had to take, this year we decided to organise a simpler event than in previous editions. It was only attended by the participants, judges and organisation. Despite that it was a great success.
Because this year we had 32 participants, the five finalists have qualified to attend the national final.
All the competitors used their best skills to brew an AeroPress. We have to keep in mind that in this latest edition some of the brewing rules changed.
There are many factors that competitors must take into account when brewing their recipe: the size of the grind, the type of filter, the quantity, quality and temperature of the water and infusion time, among others. And all this must be done under pressure.
And how, despite being a competition, there is always good vibes and a spirit of celebration.
We are awaiting for the 2022 edition which we hope we will be able to organise and celebrate in all its glory -and without restrictions-.
